STL GLASS is a non-profit dedicated to promoting and facilitating amateur athletic competition for all persons, with an emphasis on participation of members of the LGBTQ+ Communities, and to promote, organize and conduct clinics, seminars and training courses, and to support other LGBTQ+ community organizations.
Arch City Pride Sports, Inc., known as as STL GLASS, is a Missouri chartered non-profit public benefit charity organization dedicated to promoting and facilitating amateur athletic competition for all persons, regardless of age, race, creed, religion, gender, national origin, or sexual orientation, with an emphasis on participation of members of the LGBTQ+ Communities; and to encourage education and training in the proper skills of athletics by promoting, organizing and conducting clinics, seminars and training courses, and to support other LGBTQ+ community organizations.
STL GLASS as a group traces its charitable roots to the 1990s and currently has over 200 members.
STL GLASS conducts training clinics, skills days, athletic education, and two sessions of softball yearly, and encourages national and international participation as part of NAGAAA, sending over 12 teams yearly to national competitions. STL GLASS is dedicated to the physical and social health of those in the Community.
Created in 1977, the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA) is a 501c(3) organization that promotes amateur sports competition, particularly softball, for all persons regardless of age, sexual orientation or preference, with special emphasis on the participation of members of the LGBTQ+ communities.
NAGAAA's current membership includes over 17,000 teams from 46 leagues throughout the U.S. and Canada. Teams representing these leagues participate annually in NAGAAA's Gay Softball World Series (GSWS), hosted each year by a different member city.
