They're open to everyone, whether you're an experienced player, or you don't know the difference between a softball bat and a doorstop. Arch City Pride Sports, Inc., known as STL GLASS, is dedicated to promoting and facilitating amateur softball competition for all persons, regardless of age, race, creed, religion, sex, national origin, or sexual orientation, with an emphasis on participation of members of the LGBTQ+ communities and to encourage education and training in the proper skills of athletics by promoting, organizing and conducting clinics, seminars and training courses, and to support other LGBTQ+ community organizations.

As a member of International Pride Softball (IPS), the organization fosters national and international amateur sports competitions.
